Universal Paving, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Terry Burke, whose passion for site development began at a young age. Growing up in a family deeply involved in the industry, Terry was exposed to construction and paving early in life. By the age of 13, he was already working alongside paving crews, fascinated by the equipment and the transformation of raw land into finished projects.
With years of hands-on experience and a clear vision, Terry established Universal Paving, Inc., turning his lifelong passion into a trusted business.
Since then, the company has successfully completed groundwork for numerous medical buildings, car washes, and a wide variety of commercial and residential developments throughout the greater Orlando area.
